Married with six children, John is a peasant farmer and also one the longest serving staff members at Karibuni. Skilled at masonry, he works as a groundsman and gardener, ensuring the gardens at Karibuni are always at their best for guests to enjoy. Keen to make new friends, John enjoys meeting our guests from overseas as well as traditional music and dance.Read more…
Librarian and Sponsorship Officer
Bonface graduated in 2013 as a primary school teacher having being sponsored through college for two years by Team Kenya. Since then he has been the librarian and homework club tutor based at Karibuni and in 2013 was appointed as the scholarships officer in charge of all our sponsored students, providing guidance and counselling and support for students academically.Read more

Alice is an international business student from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. She is currently employed by a global fashion house and spends her spare time volunteering for non-for-profits, managing their online presence. Her volunteer background shows a keen interest and awareness in sharing her skills to benefit others.

Jonathan currently works as a freelance communications consultant. He has a background in charity marketing and a PhD in Culture and Communication from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He gets a kick out of helping people refine their ideas, needs and expression to create effective and beautiful communications.
Dom is the owner of Clean Page Design, a website development agency based in Diggle, Saddleworth. Dom has been building websites since 2011 and has undertaken numerous projects to help charities and voluntary organisations make the most of their web presence. His passion is to build clean, clear websites that people enjoy visiting.
